I am filing this complaint due to the complete lack of communication from both First Investors Servicing Corporation and XXXX XXXX after the repossession of my vehicle. I have repeatedly attempted to contact both companies to get clear reinstatement or redemption terms. Ive also asked for payment assistance or even a payment extension, but I have received no responses to phone calls, emails, or any outreach attempts. First Investors has not provided any information on the amount owed to reinstate or redeem the vehicle. XXXX XXXX has also failed to contact me or make arrangements for me to recover my personal belongings inside the vehicle. I am currently going through a legal divorce and trying in good faith to work something out. The lack of communication is creating ongoing financial and emotional stress. I believe this conduct is harmful, unprofessional, and possibly unlawful.
