Company 's Response In the case of XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), complaint number XXXX, we have investigated this matter with the full cooperation of the franchise-owned XXXX. XXXX XXXX is disputing the validity of her account reported to the credit bureaus. XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX from the franchise-owned Byrider location on New XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC. XXXX XXXX defaulted on her retail contract, and her vehicle was subsequently repossessed on XX/XX/XXXX. The vehicle was sold at auction, and the proceeds were applied to the account, leaving a deficiency balance owed of {$8300.00}. The account was charged off on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX has carefully reviewed your recent dispute as well as your prior submissions. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), a thorough investigation was conducted with the data furnishers and relevant sources. Based on the results of our investigations, we can confirm that the information in question is being reported accurately. As the reported information has been verified as accurate, no changes have been made to your credit file at this time. Please note that repeated disputes regarding previously verified information may not result in further reinvestigation unless additional, relevant documentation is provided. This is almost an identical account to the fraudulent one its already been deleted. Theyre both 34 %. Everything else is identical. Oh and show me that {$300.00} payment. And what information did you submit to certify the accuracy of when it was put back on my current report in XX/XX/XXXX? How do you justify opening a close account five years later? How do you justify being reported as charged off and open at the same time??? Once again factually false. And other than pure harassment, why does it keep updating the charge off every single month? You can report something monthly, but you dont change the status of it monthly because that is re-aging and that is illegal. So stop just reading what you see in the computer and actually investigate it like youre supposed to. But you can start with showing me the transaction for the last payment of {$300.00} that allegedly took place XXXX. Well see how much you investigated it. What happens now? The last payment is reallocation from your co-conspirator in Illinois, XXXXXXXX XXXX. SInce you cant delete a payment in XXXX XXXX but you can reallogate it. XXXXXXXX XXXX reallogated the XXXX payment that they said I did not make, but I did make, to XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX then changed to XXXX XXXX. This proves you do not investigate your disputes but just compare them to whats in the system. FCRA violation in itsself right there. You also increase the the likely hood you will now be implemented in money laundrying. Since you refused to correct the bad acts of another and just suplimented your self and your business into it. In addition to harassment and financial harm to persons. It will be seen you have a high likely hood of repeating. XXXX XXXX.... this all will be reported to the secetary of state, irs XXXX fbi XXXX all over concealing {$300.00}.
