Consumer Narrative

I have contacted and disputed incorrect information on my report through Experian. I have found many errors in looking through my credit report with information given to them. I will attach all information that they lacked verifying and laws that they have violated. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is reported twice on my report with duplicate records that is shown twice same account different account numbers. XXXX XXXX that has two accounts who never responded to show me verification. XXXX that has different information all across the board XXXX XXXX who said they didnt even have account with me and closed it in 2024. Which is in crpb records. XXXX XXXX who fixed the report after the dispute, XXXX XXXX that shows no data on my account. U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) 15 U.S. Code 1692g Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) Experian has failed to fulfill its illegal obligation under the Fir Credit reporting Act ( FCRA ) to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of disputed information on my credit report, leaving inaccurate or unverifiable accounts unresolved. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) has recently filed a lawsuit against Experian, alleging systemic issues such as failing to forward consumer-provided evidence to furnishers, accepting unreliable responses, and failing to adequately notify consumers of dispute outcomes. These failures align with my experience, where Experian has neither corrected nor removed disputed items despite the evidence I provided, causing ongoing harm to my credit standing. I am requesting immediate corrective action to remove or amend the disputed accounts, as Experian 's inaction violates federal law and my rights as a consumer. This dispute is made pursuant to my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), 15 U.S.C. 1692 et seq. Specifically, I request the following : 1. Full Validation of the Debt : A comprehensive account history, including original signed contracts, itemized billing statements, and payment history from inception to the present. Documentation showing your legal right to collect on this debt, including a complete chain of title proving ownership or assignment of the debt from the original creditor to the current creditor or collector. Verification of the specific charge-off amount claimed, with supporting evidence of how the amount was calculated, including fees, interest, and penalties. 2. Complian ce with Applicable Laws : Proof that all actions related to this alleged debt, including reporting to credit bureaus and collection efforts, comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). Evidence that the charge-off status was properly validated before being reported to any credit reporting agency. 3. Immediate Removal of Inaccurate Information : If you are unable to provide the requested documentation within 30 days of receipt of this letter, you are required to immediately remove the disputed information from all consumer reporting agencies to which you have reported. Failure to respond with full documentation as outlined above will be considered as your inability to validate the debt, which requires its removal from my credit report under the FCRA. Additionally, I require written confirmation of your findings and actions taken to resolve this matter. Any continued reporting of unverifiable information will be considered a willful violation of the FCRA and FDCPA and will result in appropriate legal action.
