I am filing this complaint against TransUnion for its continued and willful violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) specifically 15 U.S.C 1681c, by reporting inaccurate, outdated, and legally non-reporting information on my credit file. TransUnion is unlawfully continuing to report charged- off, closed accounts, and inquiries that are inaccurate and outdated. TransUnion has failed to comply with the federal laws and their obligations. This conduct is not only negligent but appears willful and in direct violation of my rights under the FRCA. The ongoing inclusion of these obsolete accounts has directly harmed my credit score, hindered my ability to obtain credit, and caused financial and emotional distress.
