XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX removed from being reported to all XXXX major credit reporting agencies in XXXX because they couldn't verify the account and transactions. Now XXXX XXXX XXXX account # XXXX original creditor XXXX bank is reporting a fraudulent account and transactions that were unverified by Indigo / XXXX XXXX and also were supposed to be covered by the credit protection program that I paid every month for over a year. I got detained at the XXXX XXXX detention center on XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX when I was released. I immediately contacted XXXX XXXX credit to inform them that my tablet and wallet was lost when I got arrested on XX/XX/XXXX and any transactions after that date were fraudulent. I only had a small balance on my indigo account of XXXX $ that should of been covered by my credit protection that I've been paying on for over a year all my payments with indigo/ Concora Credit was XXXX XXXX time and I always kept my balance low with my account. Under the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS AND I PROVIDED PROOF I WAS INCARCERATED AT THE TIME OF THESE TRANSACTIONS AND PROVIDED A POLICE REPORT TO SUPPORT THE FACT THAT THESE WERE FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS THAT WERE MADE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. XXXX credit and XXXX bank proceeded to charge my account every fee they could possibly charge my account with knowing I proofed I was incarcerated and unable to pay my account. XXXX BANK AND CONCORA CREDIT ARE JUST LIKE SCAMMERS THAT CHARGE FEES For NOTHING AND DONT HONOR THEIR CREDIT PROTECTION POLICY. PRUSUANT TO FCRA SEC XXXX I REQUEST XXXX BANK AND XXXX XXXX XXXX VERIFY AND CONFIRM TRANSACTIONS ON ACCOUNT XXXX ACCOUNT XXXX AND REMOVE AND BLOCK THIS ACCOUNT FROM BEING REPORTED TO EXPERIAN AND EQUIFAX AND ANY OTHER XXXX
