My rental applications have been denied i disputed through asurint compliance solutions. After I provided all documentation regarding my eviction filing and explaining to them that I was never evicted and case was dismissed. They refused to remove it and said it will stay on my credit. I provided bank statment showing I paid evictions as well as letter from landlord and also. The dimissal document received from the landlord and they keep saying its not enough proof to dismiss. Im not sure what other proof is needed it is paid therefor should not be reporting as a open active eviction when it is not.
