Subject : URGENT Identity Theft Complaint and Dispute Filing Pursuant to FCRA - 605B, - 611, - 609 & FDCPA Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Officer, I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am submitting this formal and legally binding complaint against Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, and the respective furnishers of information, for their ongoing failure to comply with federal laws regarding the fraudulent use of my identity and their refusal to appropriately investigate and REMOVE the inaccurate information from my credit file.
