In accordance with the fair credit reporting act of ALLY FINANCIAL has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A states that I have the right to privacy. And Ally financial respond my calls but they don't want to talk directly to my, ignoring all communication directly with myself. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. and I'm been in communication with a agency without my consent. And I also call the BANK to try to make a direct payment plan with them but they do no respond me, they just transfer me to the agency. I call them on XX/XX/2025.
