I had got denied because of personal information has been shared with third parties like Lexus Nexis XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX,. I also had called the XXXX Supreme Court in XXXX New Jersey and I had asked XXXX did they sell my Public records to a third-party the company that I mean they had stated that they did not sell my public records to the third-party which the complex apartment that I used to live at one is called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX another company from XXXX New Jersey by the name of XXXX XXXX Which is a against FCRA lol section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to properly delete all information which can not be validated by law. It is very clear as to a silver liability and the remedy available to me for neglecting a non-compliance section 617 if you fail to delete these litigatious and fully intense on pursuing litigation in this matter, I will be enforced my rights under the FCRA lol I demand that the following inquiries accounts be removed immediately, and I have documentation for two of the wrongful eviction that was placed on my public records
