XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX my former roommate gave all my personal property away including my cell phone. I lived with my former roommate for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX so they did know how to get into my phone, emails, phone contacts etc. Begining after my XXXX started until about 3 weeks before my release several chime to chime pay anyone transactions were done totaling {$2000.00}. I do not know the person the money was sent to and had never had any previous transactions with them prior to my XXXX Also During this time frame a {$150.00} my pay advance was taken out. Once I was released from XXXX and was able to access my account I realized what happened and filed the first dispute. It was denied a week later. I have refined the dispute 4 times and it has been denied every time. I provided everything Chime asked for. I sent my XXXX credit sheet which shows when XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent my XXXX XXXX that has the information of when I arrived at the XXXX and I sent my XXXX XXXX which had my photo, name, date of birth and XXXX XXXX. I have more than proven I did not make and was not even able to make the transactions, but yet I am told it's just a loss I have to take. I have been a Chime customer for 6 years with no issues until now. I am on XXXX and on a very fixed income. {$2000.00XXXX XXXX XXXX was something I couldn't afford to just lose. I just need someone to help me try to recover my money.
