Under the FDCPA ( 15 USC 1692g ( a ) ) and Regulation F ( 12 CFR 1006.34 ), they were required to send me a written notice of the debt within five ( 5 ) days of that initial contact. I did not receive that written notice. As a result, I was not informed of the amount of the de bt, the name of the creditor, or my right to dispute the debt within 30 days.
