Consumer Narrative

I am a victim of a data breach which I file complaints with XXXX on many occasions for this issue. I believe they pretended like they done an investigation and didn't do it properly. I have discovered many violations and fraud including identity theft against my consumer credit report. I have disputed these accounts and issues before and these issues is still in major violations of my consumer rights. The consumer reporting agency and XXXX, is in violation of the Privacy Act of 1974, Fair Credit Reporting Act and According to IRS publication accounts that are charged off/sold off are considered certificate of indebtedness which is income and income can not be reported on my consumer credit report. All charged off accounts are to be deleted immediately for proper tax filings. I have previously opted out of all communication sharing of my information previously. The company ignored my opt-out request. I have listed some of the violations to which these charged off accounts and closed and addresses that I never lived at are to be immediately removed. The CFPB has the responsibility to the rules and regulations concerning violation of consumer rights as well as violation of federal and state laws. 16 CFR 444.2 - Unfair credit practices 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) In General Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 1 ) In response to the order of a court having jurisdiction to issue such an order, a subpoena issued in connection with proceedings before a Federal grand jury, or a subpoena issued in accordance with section 5318 of title 31 or section 3486 of title 18. ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. ( 3 ) Information regarding inquiries Except as provided in section 1681g ( a ) ( 5 ) of this title, a consumer reporting agency shall not furnish to any person a record of inquiries in connection with a credit or insurance transaction that is not initiated by a consumer. 17 CFR 248.7 - Form of opt out notice to consumers ; opt out methods. ( 1 ) Form of opt out notice. If you are required to provide an opt out notice under 248.10 ( a ), you must provide a clear and conspicuous notice to each of your consumers that accurately explains the right to opt out under that section. The notice must state : ( i ) That you disclose or reserve the right to disclose nonpublic personal information about your consumer to a non affiliated third party ; ( ii ) That the consumer has the right to opt out of that disclosure; and ( iii ) A reasonable means by which the consumer may exercise the opt out right. 15 U.S. Code 1692- Congressional findings and declaration of purpose ( a ) Abusive practices There is abundant evidence of the use of abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices by many debt collectors. Abusive debt collection practices contribute to the number of personal bankruptcies, to marital instability, to the loss of jobs, and to invasions of individual privacy. 15 U.S. Code 6802 - Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information ( a ) Notice requirements Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, a financial institution may not, directly or through any affiliate, disclose to a non affiliated third party any nonpublic personal information, unless such financial institution provides or has provided to the consumer a notice that complies with section 6803 of this title. I have to right to compensation per violation per month reporting. I have a right to file complaint with the Attorney General, FTC, and the SEC for XXXX constant violations and fraud as well as identity theft. The law allows me to receive up to {$1000.00} per violation. The law also allows me to seek compensation due to hardship, mental anguish, loss of fair and equal opportunity of credit ADDITIONAL COMMENTS I've lost nearly XXXX points due to the inaccuracies on my credit reports. I haven't had an account open one minute and close the next was dropped me like XXXX points then back open again and never gotten my points back. So I disagree this is affecting my life and my health with stress. And also definition of character. I have an account that has not been correctly updated XXXX which is completely paid off and needs to be removed from my credit reports. The credit bureaus purposely put it back on my credit report after it was taken off with one of my previous cfpb complaints. When they put it back on I lost XXXX something point again. I want all of my points back that's been taken from me from the last 3 years. I am speaking in XXXX hoping someone at the credit bureaus will understand the harm there causing me by point gouging me purposely and I am feeling discriminated against. I want this to be investigated by the cfpb which I can prove my point within the last 3 years of all of my scores and how the credit bureaus have been doing with point gouging me, putting things as close then turn them back to open then back closed again. Removing items and then putting them back on without my permission once again. I have my document for that and I also have my medical reports that the health issues that this has caused me due to credit denials from discrimination against the credit report bureaus. It is not only affecting me it's affecting my family including my XXXX children. I already have enough going on with the administration that's an office now which makes it where I can barely afford anything whatsoever. I want my points back! I want XXXX removed immediately. That account was XXXX is paid in full and needs to be removed from all three of my credit profile.
