I am writing to formally dispute unauthorized hard inquiries that appear on my credit report. I have recently reviewed my credit file and noticed multiple inquiries that I do not recognize or recall authorizing. I did not initiate any applications for credit with these entities, nor did I give permission for them to access my credit report.
