To Whom It May Concern, This letter is to be taken as my formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate credit information on my credit file. Im unsure why you included the following student loan information on my credit report. These inaccurate items are not only inaccurate, but they are also preventing me from purchasing a home due to it showing me in a negative capacity. So, please delete these accounts due to the inaccuracies that are being reported. It is evident that the inaccurate information is a mistake on either your part or the reporting creditors part. I am politely asking that you delete it from my profile, and I believe 20 days is more than enough time for this to happen. Thanks in advance. The information must be deleted from my report as soon as possible. It is inaccurate and misleading and represents a serious error in your reporting. Under federal law, you have thirty ( 30 ) days to complete your re-investigation. Be advised that the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information is hereby requested as well, to be provided within fifteen ( 15 ) days of the completion of your re-investigation.
