This policy was placed in administrative forbearance by Navient over and over while they were in a law suite where they kept increasing my interest rate and principal amount due to issues they had and were causing and I ended up still having to pay my loan in full because I was not behind as they never let me get to payment status and kept putting my in forbearance before I could even have a chance to pay them. They ended up not settling on my loan in anyway because I was never behind. I do feel this was something that Navient did on purpose so I could not fall behind on my loan if I never had a chance to even owe anything.
