b"XXXX XXXX I reached out to creditor Daniels jewelry regarding the wrong pay history they were reporting on my credit reports . I was contacted back by a manager at the headquarters and she stated that my account was never late and paid as agreed , the late payments were showing during Covid 19 restrictions but she sees I still was never late . And that she was going to reach out to credit reports regarding this and was going to update it with them and in about 30 days it will reflect my correct pay history as followed with the following remarks . PAID / NEVER LATE / PAID AS AGREED / CLOSED /SATISFACTORY. \n\nI requested for a email from her on the company letter head regarding my account pay history being never late paid on time . And close paid satisfactory.\nThis email was provided to me. However Experian still showed my account pay history for XXXX XXXX with late payments after 30 days. I reached back out to the headquarters spoke with the same lady and she stated she did her part to notify the cred bureau and to correct the wrong pay history that was reporting .\nafter my last dispute XXXX Experian has allowed them to add on more months of wrong pay history! that has never reflected,\nI have since been disputing this wrong pay history and \n\n10 times since XXXX and Experian will not correct this. Experian has advised me no matter what proof I have regarding this wrong pay history they will not correct because the creditor is always right when it comes to DISPUTES,\n\n\n\nXXXX reported me with a balance of XXXX \n\nXXXX reported \n\nXXXX reported 119 days past due / 4 payments \nXXXX reported a charge off \n\nXXXX XXXX XXXX balance reported \n\n* more details will be provided \nPlease note **\nWhen I asked to file a complaint against experian stated that I cant file a complaint it is what it is . When I reach out to EXPERIAN its hold times exceeds 1 hour and to speak with a live agent takes multiple attempts a day . Its ridiculous and to resolve fraudulent accounts you can only speak with a live agent , which is difficult stressful and frustrating ! Their phone system takes us in a circle then long hold times and then hang up . \n\nALSO ANOTHER WRONG PAY HISTORY, EXPERIAN ARE ALLOWING XXXX XXXX TO REPORT LATE PAYMENTS THAT THEY SHOULDN'T BE REPORTING, DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE A COURT ORDER WHICH IS THE SAME COURT ORDER THAT XXXX XXXX HAVE THAT THEY ENFORCED TO COLLECT THE ARREAS THAT IS STATING THAT THERE IS NO ORDER THAT SETS A DATE ORDERED BY JUDGE FOR A MONTHLY AMOUNT NOR DATE, THAT THE ARREARS ARE TO BE PAID WHENEVER I AM ABLE TO PAY IT THE AREARS ARE TO BE PAID . - whenever I did make payments it was no set date it was when I was able to . When I was not working my case worker was aware however she stated there is nothing she can do to stop the false repoRting , it was automatically done by the state of California. \n\n\nExperian is also allow other creditors to report wrong pay history such as *wilshire consumer credit* which is a auto title loan company that has illegal practices, and makes it very difficult to get your auto title back, ** this is a bad practice , auto title loan sharks , \n\nExperian also allowed them to report a very high balance on my report when it was supposed to reflect XXXX The proof is in the eyes of Experian If they took the time to look at the pay from the creditor, and add them up and see when the payments was made monthly you will see the correct pay history . \n* i will be filing a separate complaint on wilshire once this complaint is submitted."
