I was a loyal customer with American Express, and has no delinquent or late pay activities since I open the card. Besides I have strong credit profile. When I tried to use my card by end of XXXX, it was not available to be used. And when I called in for more information, the XXXX XXXX ( XXXX - XXXX ) is really rude and keeps saying that they have nothing else to share. If you need more information, you just go and check your agreements. I asked whether I could make a record for the conversation since I feel she is really impolite. She said Amex doesnt allow customer to record. When I asked what is the adverse action for it, she continues saying no additional information. When I checked the agreements based on what she said, there is nothing useful there. Therefore, I asked for more details. Again, she said nothing to be shared, and just check your agreements. When I asked about my reward points which worth more than $ XXXX. I was told that it is gone, they can't do anything with it. Some of my XXXX friends also got card closed with no reason. I even doubt whether this is something related to discrimination.
