On XXXX XXXX, 2024 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Agreed to a settlement offer with my persona ; Attorney for the amount of {$3900.00} US Dollars in 24 Monthly payments for {$150.00} with zero interest payments. Instead Midland Credit Management data base is currently displaying a total balance amount of {$4900.00} even after I have successfully made 14 monthly payments for {$150.00} which amounts to {$2100.00} dollars of the {$3900.00} agreed upon in the settlement. Several months ago I contacted XXXX and I was told to contact my attorney and then only will they get the amounts corrected in their system. After being contacted by my Attorney XXXX is still misreporting the amount owed. On the other hand XXXX is requesting that I call in the payments Via Phone. In the Judgement XXXX stated that I make payments by logging into web site www.midlandcredit.com or by mail. When I log into their web site Midland Credit Management to make payments for the two Accounts Midland Credit Management system data does not represent the amount that was agreed upon in the Judgement but instead the balance amounts are inflated and misrepresented. On many occasion when I am attempting to log into their web site its difficult, often down and, also when making a payment it does not use my default payment account but purposely reflects to another account I do not have to cause the payments to reverse back. I have spoken to several representatives concerning these issues and I'm always being told its their system.
