I leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which ended in XXXX. At the end of my lease, I turned it into the dealership as one of the three options. It is now XXXX, and learning the vehicle was never picked up by Ally financial, who then charged the full balance of vehicle, plus {$1500.00} and issued a repossession which had affected co-signer. Called Ally, who reported they issued repossession because it was never turned it. After calls, found it had been sitting at the car dealerships lot since XXXX of XXXX. Called Ally and provided the address, noting in their original response to me when I said I had documentation from turning it in, that I would need to work with the dealership. When I identified it was still there, I notified Ally on XX/XX/XXXX. A week later, they reported they need to wait for the towing company, but would submit the ticket again to pressure them. There is no reason it should have taken this long, or for Ally to charge full balance and a repossession. Even when it was located, they still are not actively picking it up to close out the account and rectify their misinformation submitted to credit bureaus regarding the vehicle.
