Hello, On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid off my loan in its entirety to Hyundai Motor Finance. On XX/XX/XXXX, a week later, they removed {$230.00} from my personal checking account. There is no confusion as to what occurred. The automated message from Hyundai Motor Finance cheerfully restates the above facts. All the representatives I've spoken to confirm that I am due the amount withdrawn from my account PLUS an additional {$19.00} that I apparently overpaid on the loan upon payoff. The issue being, I have repeatedly phoned between XXXX and XXXX ( see dates below ). I call every couple weeks and I am told each time that a refund check is being issued for the overpayment and the amount erroneously removed from my account and that I need to wait XXXX weeks, but I never receive the amount I am due. I have phoned on the following dates : XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I can not find a different contact such as email or " snail mail '' to write a complaint. The website offers only a phone number. The last time I called, I argued with the " front line '' until I was passed to a supervisor who again, indicated that he was putting a request in for my refund, but I have not seen anything and it's about time for me to phone again. I was provided a survey after my last call on XX/XX/XXXX and stated my dissatisfaction and unresolved issue and received in return an email indicating my issue would be used for future training and leading me to believe that my issue was being resolved. To date, I have yet to receive my refund due. The Account Number is XXXX. It is for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. The account is under XXXX XXXX ( my husband ) & XXXX XXXX ( myself ) We reside at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX FL XXXX I can be reached at XXXX.
