I the consumer XXXX XXXX requested a validation of debt I was told by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX there is no original contract to provide also it's not required for them to collect this alleged debt. to my knowledge this company can't provide me with such document because they brought the debt in bulk. According to the FDCPA You are required to verify the debt if not that's a violation. I request Validation of debt, a flow agreement, Transfer of assignment, Ownership of the debt, and the bill of sale. However, if you can't provide the documents requested I ask that you remove this account from my credit reports. this is a violation of the FCRA, and the FDCPA. As it states under the FDCPA, once the consumer disputes the debt or request validation in writing within 30 days of being contacted the creditor must be able to verify the debt belongs to the consumer I however has not received anything to confirm I owe this alleged debt, nor this company anything. I've never done business with this company, I've never signed a contract or given them nor the original creditor to have access to my personal information without my consent which is another violation according to the FCRA the consumer must receive notice of furnishing my credit report. therefore based on the previous dispute you weren't able to provide validation of debt ( Original contract ) I have grounds to file complaint with the CFPB or take legal action. each violation listed and more can equal up to {$1000.00}.
