On XX/XX/XXXX I recieved an email stating that my credit score had dropped XXXXXXXX XXXX due to non payment on a loan from XXXX. I have never opened an XXXX account and I have been a victim of identity theft. I contacted XXXX and they have not been helpful at all through this. They have not responded in a timley fashion, multiple times said I didn't not send proper information. Today I recieved an email from Experian stating the dispute I started had been finalized with Affirm stating that I am responsible for the account. Truly XXXX is a horrible company and has made navigation of rectifying the fact I was victim of identity theft extremely difficult.
