I am filing this complaint under my rights as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 ) regarding inaccurate or unverifiable information appearing on my credit report. The items in question include : Collection Account : MIDLAND CREDIT XXXX Collection Amount : {$660.00} Account Info : XXXX Contact Info MIDLAND CREDIT XXXX XXXX, MI XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX These accounts are either inaccurate, do not belong to me, or can not be verified in compliance with federal law. I have attempted to dispute these with the relevant credit bureaus and/or furnishers, but have not received a satisfactory or timely resolution. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681i, information that can not be verified must be deleted from my report. I am requesting that these accounts be investigated and removed from all credit reporting agencies. I respectfully ask that this issue be resolved within 14 days as the ongoing inaccurate reporting is causing harm to my creditworthiness.
