I opened this card with the assumption that I would get {$200.00} cash back once I spent {$1000.00} within the first 90 days. It's been past the 90 days and past the few month mark after I would have received the rewards. I have not received the reward so I reached out to customer service and they let me know that I was not eligible for the rewards even though I was assured by customer service when I first got the card that my account was eligible for the reward. I believe that they're trying to take advantage of me right now. And they're not willing to honor the rewards points that they had offered me and the whole reason why I got the credit card in the first place. I also have documentation proving that I was told by a customer service representative that my account was eligible for the reward
