Between XX/XX/XXXX thru the XXXX, I was contacted from a XXXX party XXXX. Requesting to assist me on paying back property taxes. I explained no because I'm current. I immediately contacted the city property tax department. They explained i am XXXX yrs behind and they have no company on file for an escrow company. They explained i am XXXX ( round about ) behind. They are in the process of putting a tax deed on my home. Called my mortgage company, planet home lending escrow department. I was told they was making payment on the wrong parcel # for the past 3 years. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX had taken ownership of my home by tax deed. Mortgage company explained my situation got escalated and to wait for a follow up. I NEED HELP!!! @
