I've been with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX for 4 year 's and about a year ago it's been getting crazier with my bill. They send me notices of how much I owe so when I get paid I pay that amount or a little more but I never have any available credit because once I speak with them they try and tell me that my credit card payment is over {$200.00} but I'm not able to use my card so how is it that I owe that much. I paid my bill one month and didn't use it but the next day they are telling me that I can't use my card because more fees have popped up and I can only use my card one week ( when I'm able to use it ) because when I need to pay something with a credit card I add money to it but my money is going because they take it telling me that more face popped up so I feel like I'm paying them every month and not being able to use them and I feel like I'm getting ripped off I've been with them for like I said 4 years and I only got to increase {$100.00} and all the sudden all kinds of other fees are popping up that's why my money is always been taken
