Consumer Narrative

I contacted Equifax to address the issue since they have not reported the months of XXXX and XXXX correctly. They told me to contact XXXX in which I did and they verified that they report on the end of the month XXXX or XXXX. My credit card usage amount for the XXXX of XXXX and XXXX have not been correct. This is negatively affecting me. It's basically showing No data. Called both Transunion and Equifax, they gave me the run around.
