We are disputing the most recent credit reporting that reflects delinquent for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and active forebearance status. We are in process of refinancing and was notified of this delinquency. We requested Loss Mit assistance around XX/XX/XXXX and our application as complete as of XX/XX/XXXX and again in XXXX. Approval for forebearance was mailed XX/XX/XXXX reflecting approval and suspension of payments for 2 months. Expires XX/XX/XXXX. We requested extension of Loss Mit assistance XX/XX/XXXX and letter was sent to us dated XX/XX/XXXX that application was incomplete and on XXXX that application was complete. Letter sent to us XX/XX/XXXX indicating the new FB terms of payment suspension for 3 months effective XX/XX/XXXX, {$0.00} payment which we accepted. Letter sent to us again on XX/XX/XXXX indicating the approval of the Forbearance Plan under Special Forbearance with monthly pmt of {$0.00}, payments suspended in pmt of {$3500.00} for 3 months which was accepted. We brought the loan current on XX/XX/XXXX and received confirmation of removal from Loss Mit. There was not gap in our Loss Mit requests and FB agreements so I fail to understand why XXXX and XXXX are reporting delinquent and active forbearance. This would have been for the XX/XX/XXXX credit update.
