XX/XX/year> Ed Financial Student Loan Servicing Company reported me as 90 days late for federal student loans. Up until this point, they consistently reported me as current. This dropped my score down from XXXX to ( XXXX ). The issue : I never received a warning from the student loan service company that they're starting to require payment. XX/XX/year> I called Ed Financial Student Loan Servicing Company. I asked for a way to change the reporting to 30 days late or something since I didn't receive a warning that they had started reporting, requiring payment, or anything. When I asked for support, they didn't listen, responded with their " policy ", and talked down to me making me feel bad about my financial position.
