Dispued NON-DELIVERED purchase from XXXX dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX - {$300.00}. The item was not delivered. UPS tracking XXXX record proved that on XX/XX/XXXX ( days past delivery date ) UPS found damaged package : " All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded XXXX will notify the sender. XXXX, IL, United States. '' XXXX XXXX location was the XXXX facility that received the package on XX/XX/XXXX. Package never left XXXX originations & never was delivered. XXXX did not nothing. I filled the dispute at the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX. With letter dated XX/XX/XXXX Barclays denied the dispute & provided 11 pages of unreadable boiler plate text proving nothing. The only large magnification allowed me to decipher that XXXX claims that the package was delivered by unknown delivery provider and if it was lost- the customer should deal with the unknown delivery company. It is the legal duty of Barclays to protect the customer. In the face of the conflicting information Barclays had a duty to recognize the proof provided by the customer which is still verifiable on XXXX website today on XX/XX/XXXX. In addition- on the banks portal it is impossible to find DISPUTES and view resolutions. Barclay routinely violates FCBA for years. Please review my prior complaints- Barclays is doing it for years.
