This CFPB complaint is being filed pursuant to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) that you, the Experian credit reporting agency , permanently remove information appearing on my credit report that is a result of identity theft within four business days of you receiving this complaint. This fraudulent, inaccurate, and false information includes of a personal credit card opened with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX opened on XX/XX/XXXX under account number XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX opened on XX/XX/XXXX under account number XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX under account number XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX under account number XXXX and a collection account opened at XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX under account number XXXX XXXX with a balance of {$650.00}. These accounts contain multiple fraudulent hard inquiries and collections that appear on my consumer FICO credit report. Attached is a list of the hard inquiries and a copy of the consumer 's FICO credit report maintained by you, which shows the above-mentioned fraudulent items. I do not recognize the previously identified accounts, the collections account, or the hard inquiries as reported. None of the above-mentioned accounts, collections, or hard inquiries were opened, made, or initiated by me. All were a result of identity theft and fraud. I have attached a copy of my FTC Identity Theft Complaint # XXXX as proof from the US Federal Trade Commission that all the aforementioned consumer credit accounts, collections, and hard inquiries are the result of identity theft and fraud.
