To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the inaccurate reporting of multiple accounts on my TransUnion credit report. Despite my previous disputes, these accounts remain on my report, and your office has failed to properly investigate, instead canceling investigations and impeding my ability to maintain accurate credit records. Due to this negligence, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ). The following accounts are erroneously reporting on my credit report : XXXX. XXXX XXXX -Last reported XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$37000.00} with a XXXX duplicate account reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX reported XXXX XXXX, XXXX {$0.00}. This XXXX XXXX account is being reported twice for the same incorrect loan, further damaging my credit. This duplication is inaccurate and must be corrected immediately XXXX. I request that TransUnion conduct a thorough investigation into these errors and remove all the invalid accounts from my report immediately. Attached are copies of my identification and any supporting documentation to assist with your investigation. Please provide me with a written confirmation once these errors have been resolved.
