My Mortgage went up in XX/XX/year>, when I asked Selene Finance about it, they told me I had an escrow shortage of {$420.00}, which made my mortgage {$2700.00}. I paid the balance of the shortage {$320.00} early XXXX and they said it would drop down minus {$35.00}. Well, it never did, not only it never dropped, but they sent me another letter saying I now owe a shortage of XXXX. When I ask them how??? they said it was taxes at first, so I asked what happen to the taxes I pay in my mortgage payment??? then they said it actually was not for taxes, it was for an outstanding water bill. I called the water company and they said they never received any payment from Selene Finance. Today when I called Selene Finance, they are now saying its not for the water bill, but they did another escrow analysis, and found another shortage, and my mortgage will be going up in XXXX, unless I pay the XXXX. I am desperately seeking help with this issue, I feel like this is predatory. This is causing me great, XXXX, and physical discomfort.
