Full Explanation for CFPB Complaint Submission I am filing this complaint against Radius Global Solutions LLC and the credit reporting agencies for repeatedly allowing the same inaccurate and unverified debt from XXXX to be reported on my credit file under different collection agencies for over four years. This is a clear violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). This alleged debt is not mine. The phone number associated with the debt was never used by me and was only part of a promotional offer from XXXX that I did not activate or authorize for use. Despite my disputes, XXXX and the collection agencies have never provided : A signed contract or agreement in my name. Call logs or usage history for the phone number they claim I owe for. A chain of assignment proving that the debt was sold to or legally transferred to the current collection agency. In XXXX, I submitted a similar complaint to the CFPB, and the debt was ultimately removed after review. My credit score increased by XXXX points as a result of the deletion. However, I just received a new collection letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from Radius Global Solutions for the exact same debt that was already removed.
