I am filing this complaint with CURRENT because what they are doing is abusive. They have lowered my credit score by almost XXXX points when I don't owe them anything, not a cent. In fact, they have already closed my account, and I need my credit repaired immediately with all credit card companies. I am sending the company 's information so they can immediately correct my credit. It's a robbery and unfair. I don't owe them anything, nor have they ever lent me ANYTHING.
