On XX/XX/XXXX I duplicated a transaction to XXXX XXXX XXXX for rent A claim was raised with Wells Fargo reference XXXX Between XXXX and Wells Fargo The account was put back in credit and Wells Fargo gave a provisional credit of {$860.00} on XX/XX/XXXX complicating the whole transaction as it was a partial reversal for the claim of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Wells Fargo reversed the provisional credit and I also had to pay XXXX XXXX because they said I owed. I have no means of understanding the transactions or balancing it out because the transaction that overdrew my account and the reversal to correct it are all missing from my statement and Wells Fargo has been giving me the run around from XXXX about it. Wells Fargo is in the habit of making transactions disappear. They did it recently with a reversal from XXXX but this time I had the picture and went into the branch and the credit to my account reappeared.
