I am a victim of identity theft. Unauthorized accounts were opened in my name without my knowledge or consent with the following companies : Fig Tech Inc., XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX These fraudulent accounts are now being reported on my TransUnion credit report and are negatively impacting my credit. On or around XX/XX/year>, I noticed unfamiliar accounts on my credit report. I did not apply for or authorize any accounts with these companies. Some of these accounts XXXX show balances owed, late payments, or inquiriesall of which are false and the result of criminal identity misuse. In response, I took the following actions : On XX/XX/year>, I filed an identity theft report with Identitytheft.org I notified TransUnion of the fraudulent activity and formally requested a block under 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 on 04/29/25. I submitted supporting documentation, including a copy of my government ID, proof of address, and the identity theft report. I placed a fraud alert on my credit file and am considering a credit freeze for added protection. Despite these steps, the accounts continue to be reported. I am requesting that these fraudulent accounts be immediately blocked and permanently removed from my credit file, and that all furnishers be notified not to report this information again. I am suffering harm to my credit score and financial reputation due to information that is demonstrably false and the result of identity theft. I am requesting a full resolution under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and your assistance in ensuring the companies involved address this issue.
