I took out a loan with Affirm. The loan receipt that I used to buy something with has my name on it after Affirm approved me for their Visa Card. It has my billing address on it. But the loan has incorrectly linked to another persons account who I do not know. As a result I am not able to access and even make payments on that loan. I have contacted Affirm who did not help and tried to accuse me of it being fraudulent activity when I have proof I used that card and am trying to make payments on it. I am worried this will come with late fees and a hit on my credit score since I can not access the loan to pay it off. I am requesting Affirm immediately correct the account connection so I am able to access my loan, as well as no negative information will be reported to credit bureaus during this error.
