I am the victim of identity theft, and I am submitting this complaint regarding fraudulent hard inquiries reported by Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. I did not authorize the following hard inquiries : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX These were made without my consent, likely using my personal information by someone who knew me. When I contacted the bureaus, I was told I had to contact the banks directly. When I contacted the banks, I was told to go back to the bureaus. No one has provided me with any proof of authorization or consentnot even a recording, signature, or agreement. I am now submitting this with a formal identity theft affidavit, and I am demanding that these unauthorized inquiries be removed from my credit report under : FCRA Section 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) for blocking fraudulent information due to identity theft FACTA Amendment which mandates that CRAs remove disputed items upon receiving proper identity theft documentation Please investigate and remove the above-listed inquiries immediately.
