My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ss # XXXX and live at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I am filling this complaint because the following account is reporting as collection/charge off on my credit report la : XXXX XXXX XXXX account number XXXX with a balance of {$1400.00} is reporting as collection/charge off on Experian TransUnion and Equifax and I have disputed this account 4times with each bureau and asked them to delete it because I used this card to pay my medical bills and for medication.i was diagnosed with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and had to use this card to pay medical bills.i am aware that medical expenses and bills are not supposed to be reported on my credit profile.please delete this account from Experian TransUnion and Equifax as soon as possible because I am trying to buy a car to get back and fourth to XXXX and this negative account is stopping me from obtaining new credit.
