Consumer Narrative
Year ago, I was out of the country and I lost my phone. I wasnt able to reach out any of my banking institutions so I missed couple of my monthly payments. When I came back, I paid off everything ( all my missing payment or debts ). I am also in the military so I was told by our financial advisor that my credit score was still reflecting missing payments. I tried to talk to the two credits bureau companies ( Equifax, XXXX ) but nothing happened.
