To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this complaint against XXXX XXXX regarding their failure to remove an account from my credit report, as they had agreed. The account in question begins with XXXX. XXXX XXXX and I reached a resolution in which I agreed to, and did, pay the account in full. As part of this agreement, XXXX XXXX committed to removing the account from all XXXX major credit reporting agencies ( Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion ) XXXX Despite fulfilling my end of the agreement, this account remains on my credit report, which constitutes a clear violation of our arrangement. I have attempted to contact XXXX XXXX multiple times to request that they honor the agreement and remove the tradeline, but they have failed to do so. Their continued reporting of this account is inaccurate, misleading, and harmful to my credit standing.
