Despite submitting an FTC Identity Theft Report ( FTC Report # : XXXX ), along with multiple dispute letters and supporting documentation, TransUnion has failed to block, remove, or properly investigate the unauthorized inquiries and negative accounts reported in my name. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, several accounts and hard inquiries appeared on my report, including names like XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX among others. These accounts were opened without my knowledge, authorization, or consent. I have never signed or applied for any financial product or credit application related to these companies.
