b'On XXXX XXXX XXXX I mailed LVNV Funding LLC a certified dispute and debt-validation letter (tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX), disputing the full balance of an alleged debt as reported on my credit files. In that letter I requested:\n\nProof that I am the correct obligor;\n\nOriginal-creditor documentation and a GAAP-compliant accounting of the debt;\n\nA sworn affidavit authenticating LVNVs records;\n\nEvidence of a binding contract; and\n\nDocumentation authorizing LVNV to collect on behalf of the original creditor.\n\nLVNV never acknowledged receipt, never provided any of the requested validation, and never ceased collection activity. Instead, LVNV continued to furnish the unverified debtwith the same balance to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
