XX/XX/24 I was sent a bill from Affirm about a payment for a phone. I emailed back stating it was not mine I didnt purchase it. I tried to report it as fraud on my XXXX account ( bc thats were the loan originated ) but they did not show the purchase. I thought it was taken care of until this year when I need to upgrade my phone I cant bc there was a loan charged off in my name? I reached out to Affirm and XXXX. XXXX would like to cancel the loan but its not under my name so they cant. XXXX admits it was probably fraud. Affirm has refused to admit its fraud bc the have an electronic contract ( which just means whoever did this was able to sign for it ) however they have refused to give me any delivery information. They are XXXX I tried to talk to XXXX the supervisor and he would not help or transfer me what so ever.
