I am submitting this supplemental statement to provide additional evidence and assert an additional violation by Equifax Experian and Transunion regarding my credit report disputes assertion of 15 USC 1681 p and 4 violation upon further review I discovered that all three agencies violated 15 USC 1681 p and four by failing to maintain reasonable procedures to prevent the reappearance of previously deleted inaccurate information on my credit reports this supplemental statement asserts an additional violation of 15 USC 1681 p and or and provides further evidence of credit bureau wrongdoing I request that cfpb to investigate and take appropriate actions against all three agencies complaint XXXX XXXX next to XXXX and XXXX
