Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to formally file a complaint against Experian Information Solutions , Inc. regarding their failure to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) under XXXX U.S.C. I have discovered inaccuracies and/or outdated negative items on my Experian credit report that have not been properly verified or corrected, despite my prior attempts to address these issues directly with Experian.
