I ordered an item from a company and never received it. I contacted company and they stated now XXXX times they have refunded the money and XXXX of the times they stated the company refused the refund. I have contacted the company multiple times showing them I never received the item. I filed a dispute with the credit card company provided all the documentation including the email conversation between myself and the company, proof the package never got delivered. The company provided a false email transcript anf fake tracking and the credit card company is refusing to help me.
