Capital one will not cease relentless and intolerant calls at all times of the day even after repeat contact attempts to XXXX to rectify hours and clarify. They send XXXX push or email notifications per day, in the app I had to uninstall it because it was sending me nonstop reminders about being late. When I did they would send me XXXX emails per day on top of the calls. Today XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Capital One XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX @ XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and XXXX illegal contact XX/XX/XXXX XXXX + XXXX emails + phone reminder XX/XX/XXXX XXXX + email XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX + email XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX illegal contact XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX + email + phone push notif XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX illegal contact XX/XX/XXXX XXXX + email XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX These are all taken from my phones call logs when searching their XXXX number. The number used to call me often was XXXX over XXXX in the last XXXX weeks. This is all in relation to a missed bill cycle for XXXX that has barely gone past the XXXX day mark, prior to this I was making most of my payments and was never late typically. My car broke down and I was laid off as a result. I informed them of this and they continue.
