I just found out my little cousin has been using my name and info to open accounts for like credit cards and loans. The accounts that I put on this list are not mine, I really want them to be removed from my credit because the accounts were opened fraudulently. Please help me get this resolved, so my credit can be right. I saw online that there is a case where the CFPB sued the credit places for not doing the disputes the right way.
